Product Returns
Within 30 days of receipt of order, if for some unfortunate reason you receive a defective unit, please contact us via our form below with Request for Return as your comment (mandatory), and a brief description of the problem. After we receive your email we will review your request. After that we will issue you a RGA number. We will not accept any returns without an RGA number.
If the product is deemed defective; a customer support representative will provide you with the appropriate instructions in order for you to return the product.
Non-defective un-used products  may be returned within 30 days of purchase with our authorization. A 30% restocking fee (less shipping and handling costs) will be applied to un-used non-defective returns. After receiving the return we will judge if the item was used or damaged. If the item was used or damaged by the user we will not replace or made any credits on your return.
Note: Shipping costs for returned merchandise are the customers’ responsibility. Credits and refunds to customer credit cards will only be applied upon receipt of returned products.
Products returned that have been installed, missing or damaged packaging, open screw hardware packages, and/or missing parts, will be accessed a restocking fee that will vary from 30% up to the full purchase price.  If your return arrives with internal damage you will be notified and you will have the option to file a claim with our shipping agent or instruct Harford Locksmith to return it to you.

Our Shopping Cart
Every person has their own shopping cart. Your shopping cart is used to hold products that you are interested in. It does not obligate you in any manner to purchase the products in your cart.
Our shopping cart system allows you to add products, remove products, and change the quantity amount of a given product.
* If you do not add any product (s) to your cart, your cart will be empty.
 

Adding items to your Cart

You can add an item to your shopping cart by entering the desired quantity and clicking
 on the Order Now button next to the product. When you add an item to your cart your shopping cart will be updated instantly*. You can add as many items as you wish.
You can also add more of an item when viewing your shopping cart by simply changing the amount in the quantity box and then clicking the Update button.
* Adding Product (s) to your cart does not obligate you in any manner to purchase the product (s) in your cart. Your order is not finalized until you go through the checkout process and submit your order in our secure payment area.


Viewing your Cart

You can see what's in your shopping cart at anytime. Simply go to our products page and click on the View Cart button. Your items are not processed until you checkout.

Removing items from your Cart

To remove an item from your shopping cart you will need to access your shopping cart. You can do this by clicking on the view cart button  Next, simply enter the quantity "0" beside your item and click on the update button to remove the item.

Checkout

As soon as you click on the checkout button, you will begin the checkout process. We'll walk you through the steps necessary to complete your order, and give you the opportunity to change your shipping options and/or item quantities. Please note that your order will not be finalized until you click on the "Submit Order" button that will appear at the very end of the purchase process.
Upon submitting your order, an order receipt and confirmation number will be sent to you to the email address you specified during your checkout process.
Important: Please ensure that you do not click on the "Submit Order" more than once. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Icon Pricing Errors
On occasion there may be a price error between the viewed price icon and the check out price. Please email us if this occurs and we will correct the error. Harford Locksmith will not be responsible for the pricing errors. We will email you if  there is a error with the pricing and you will have the option to cancel your order or to proceed with your order and we will add the difference to your price whether the price is higher or lower.
